The Story
Sanctuary Ridge, formerly known as Diamond Player's Club, was a closed and bankrupt golf course in Clermont, Florida. The facility had no revenue, no members, and no clear path forward.
Fun Golf Ventures saw the opportunity to combine new technology-driven golf entertainment with traditional golf — creating a destination that serves all demographics, ages, and stages. Through creative planning and design, we transformed the facility into Clermont National Golf Club, anchored by The Range — a 100+ bay Toptracer-equipped driving range.
The result speaks for itself: The Range @ Clermont National was awarded the GRAA Top Range of the Year, proving that our approach of combining entertainment, technology, and experienced management can resurrect even the most challenging properties.
